EAL

Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is an experiential approach to supporting mental wellbeing and personal development for clients of all ages. I deliver a blend of EAL, coaching and mindfulness to provide a unique personal experience. In these sessions, the horses are my co-facilitators to support clients to develop new insight and learn new life, social and relationship skills. Unpacking emotions while discovering a more in-depth awareness can have powerful effects across all aspects of our lives. If you are looking to improve your overall mental wellness and/or work through life stresses and personal patterns, I invite you to experience an EAL/EAC session, either in-person or online.

Habits, assumptions, old stories and negative thinking all have an impact on relationships and what we create in our lives.  Through EAL, we begin to recognize the power of our thoughts and focus to better understand how they shape our experiences, creating shifts that pave the way to change.  Our sessions take place in a natural, open environment that is conducive to self-awareness. 

Horses have an incredible ability to sense and respond to the inner thoughts and thinking patterns that we may be unaware of.  They live and breathe by their intuition and make amazing teachers for us in reconnecting to our natural wisdom. Since horses communicate their feelings primarily through body language, they also offer feedback without judgment. 

EAL can benefit everyone, from those suffering from anxiety, relationship challenges, grief or stress, to those feeling unsettled, unfulfilled, and unsure of their next steps. When combined with a personal growth approach, it can significantly support a desire to create and achieve your ultimate goals in life.
